On purchasing your experience, the purchaser will receive email confirmation and receipt outlining the purchased experience. Once received, use the confirmation to contact Contentious Character on 02 6283 8360 or bookings@contentiouscharacter.com.au to confirm a day and time to redeem. The experience can be redeemed and booked within 12 months from that date of purchase. Bookings are subject to availability, to be used within core trading hours at Contentious Characters cellar door and kitchen.
